The Private Press
2021
I worked with studio The Private Press to prepare a painting by Joe Lycett for screen printing, which were exhibited in ‘Lycett & Mummy’ at They Made This. I converted his painting into layers suitable for screen printing. Through conversations with the studio I found the right balance between capturing the roughness of the painting and embracing the graphicness of screen printing.

Elena Blasco
2020
This catalogue was made alongside Elena Blasco’s installation in the group exhibition El Hecho Alegre, held at the Madrid art centre La Casa Encendida. Blasco is an artist who works predominantly with installation, painting and ceramics. In an attempt to capture all facets of her practice, the catalogue contains her writings, sketches, studio photos as well as installation shots from the exhibition.

Will Martyr
2021
Working with screen printing studio Make-Ready, Will Martyr produced two large-format silkscreen prints titled All I Think About and Just Like This. Martyr drew both artworks but to prepare them for printing I hand traced the drawings, paying close attention to Martyr’s drawing style and line weight, to create a digital version of his drawing. I then converted the lines to vector shapes that the studio could use to make 34 colour screens.

Ana Mendes
2023
I worked with Portuguese artist Ana Mendes to produce a set of designs to promote her solo exhibition ‘Black Cloth’ in Lewisham Arthouse, namely exhibition posters and visuals for social media. I wanted the designs to convey information clearly, give a flavour of the work on show and visually stand out.

Nina Chanel Abney
2023
Working with Avant Arte, a digital platform for collectible arts, and Make-Ready, a specialist print studio, I prepared New York-based artist Nina Chanel Abney's project Super Cool World for print. Abney drew individual components and then auto-generated 5040 unique combinations to be sold as screen prints. I assisted in correcting and redrawing vectorised artworks, checking colours were consistent and preparing files for print.
